2. Responsible for academic promotion and construction in the product area;
3. Responsible for the writing and application guidance of product promotional materials;
4. Responsible for following the surgery, communicating with hospital expert directors, and department promotion;
5. Responsible for the product professional knowledge training of sales personnel in the region, and provide the sales team with corresponding academic support and answers in actual situations;
6. Responsible for the management of academic personnel in the company and have certain team management experience.
1. Bachelor degree or above, clinical medicine and other related majors;
2. More than five years of working experience as an academic manager of high-value consumables, with hospital clinical work experience preferred;
3. Strong analytical planning, text organization, data analysis capabilities, good language expression, communication and coordination skills;
4. Have strong adaptability and extensive network of experts in general surgery and minimally invasive surgery, be able to independently plan and organize academic promotion activities, and have good hosting, speech and communication skills with experts and medical organizations;
5. Be honest, dedicated, have good professional ethics, be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, and have strong learning and innovation abilities.
